UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - MERCHANDISE QUALITY

All merchandise is new - "factory-first".  We do not offer altered, refurbished, factory "seconds" or "cut tag" apparel on any item we sell.

 

All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc.,

must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.  Claims will not be accepted after this time.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and count all goods received before washing or imprinting

to ensure that the correct merchandise and quantity was received as ordered and in good condition.

Without exception, Presentation Products & Solutions (PPS Apparel.com) will not assume responsibility after garments have been washed, imprinted, embroidered or embellished in any fashion.

SALES TAX

Presentation Products/PPS APPAREL does not charge or collect applicable State, County or Local  Sales Tax on blank or imprinted apparel purchases.  It is the customer's responsibility to remit/report any required Sales or "Use" taxes directly to their own respective state/local tax authorities.

 

BACK ORDER POLICY

Due to our large volume of orders, Out of Stock items are not available on backorder.  We will attempt to notify you for further instructions if any item you ordered is out of stock. If a particular is out of stock which does not represent a majority of your order, we will ship and bill only for the items actually shipped.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are shipped via ground transportation from the nearest stocking warehouse unless otherwise requested. Orders for non-printed items received from our website by 4:00 P.M. Eastern time are usually shipped the same day. Shipping charges (shown below) will be added to the final invoice.  We do not add "handling" or "order processing" fees.

 

The carrier will be UPS GroundSaver or FedEx Ground.  Ship-To addresses must be a physical street address.  P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses are not currently accepted for shipment.  If Next-Day or Second-Day Air service is required, please provide your shipper account number in the customer remarks section of your website order.

 

Presentation Products & Solutions (PPS Apparel.com) cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave the warehouse.  Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage and/or shortage.  We will provide assistance in processing your claim.

 

If you have a concealed shortage or damage you must notify the respective carrier (UPS or FedEx) to inspect within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.

PRICES
All prices are based on U.S. Dollars (USD).  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices stated in the catalog or on our website are for non-printed items only.  Additional charges will be incurred for custom embroidered or silk-screened services. Please see Apparel Decorating

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders, once entered into our system, cannot be changed. Similarly, we cannot add to orders already entered; a new order will need to be placed. Cancelled orders for unimprinted apparel that have shipped, may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping and return shipping charges. All requests for order cancellations must be received via e-mail request to GOPPS@COMCAST.NET . Custom imprinted or embellished orders are non-cancelable once artwork or layout has been approved by you.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Alteration (printing, dyeing, embroidering, etc unless supplied by Presentation Products & Solutions / PPS Apparel.com), or use by you will constitute acceptance by you of the order and condition of the goods. Returns of washed, decorated, or otherwise altered items cannot be accepted. Items approved for return must be shipped postage pre-paid to Presentation Products and Solutions and include a Return Authorization number (RA#), which we will provide to you. Stock garments (except headwear and under garments due to health reasons) are returnable if notification has been received within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 20 days of original receipt of merchandise. All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in addition to shipping charges.  Applicable credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods with Return Authorization number in our warehouse.

 

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and return the unwanted items separately with an RA#

written on the outside of the package. No restock fee for equal or greater value exchanges.

• Place a new order for the items you want. Please try to use the same credit card billing name.
• Keep the new order number handy.
• Have your old order number ready.
• Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute, e-mail us at GOPPS@COMCAST.NET .
• In one business day after notification, we will send you an email with your RA # to be placed on the outside of the return carton.
• If shipment error was caused by PPS APPAREL, we will mail you a no-charge return UPS Call Tag to be placed on the outside of the carton. 

Please place the label on the box, write the Return Authorization number provided on the outside of the carton, then drop the box off at any

UPS location or call UPS for pickup.

Please Note:
• Exchanges/Returns must be requested within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• The original order's Shipping fees are not refunded.
• Standard shipping rates will be applied to the new order/exchange and billed to your credit card number provided on the original order.
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA) number provided and written on the outside of the return package.
• Items that have been altered, screened, embroidered or washed may not be exchanged.
• Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-30 days to have your refund issued.
• If a provided return shipping label is not used for any reason, PPSAPPAREL.com will not compensate for alternative return shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, items (except headwear and under garments for health reasons) can be returned to

PPSAPPAREL.com within 20 days of receipt of your merchandise. A restocking charge will be applied only to orders where an exchange is

not requested - i.e., flat return with no reorder.

Please Note:
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA). (We cannot guarantee that return items received without an RA#

   will receive a credit).
• Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
• Items that are "Like New" will be refunded less applicable re-stocking charge.
• Customers pay for the shipping to return the merchandise.
• Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
• There is a restocking fee of 15% of the product total per RA. There is no restock fee on equal value exchanges.

MAJOR DEFECTS
All products are "First Quality" (never "seconds" or "cut-tags") and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items,

contact PPSAPPAREL.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Email gopps@comcast.net your order number and describe the problem

so we may resolve the issue quickly.

 

WEBSITE / CATALOG FABRIC COLORS

We have made every effort to insure that pictured fabric colors on our website are as close as possible

to the actual fabric color.  Due to different monitor and color printer calibrations and settings, we cannot

guarantee that the merchandise received will match your computer monitor exactly.  If color matching

is a strict requirement, we recommend that a sample item be requested.

 

GARMENT-DYED & TIE-DYED APPAREL

Due to manufacturers dyeing processes, slight shade variations may occur between garments ordered.

Garment-dyed goods should be washed separately in cold water - no bleach before wearing.  Do not

dry clean.

 

DUTIES & LICENSES

All duties and licenses incurred while shopping at PPSAPPAREL.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. Presentation Products & Solutions cannot be held responsible (nor vouch) for any orders with pending taxes, duties or licenses.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.  Net 15-Day Terms are available to Public schools, colleges, universities and select business accounts upon pre-approval and receipt of signed purchase order via fax or by mail.

PRESENTATION PRODUCTS / PPS APPAREL.COM GIVES NO WARRANTY FOR THE MERCHANDISE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESCRIPTION, OR QUALITY.  IN NO EVENT SHALL PRESENTATION PRODUCTS / PPS APPAREL.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY ORDER WITH PRESENTATION PRODUCTS / PPS APPAREL.COM.

 

Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice.  All information provided by the suppliers to Presentation Products / PPS Apparel.com is deemed reliable, but without any warranty by us.  Presentation Products / PPS Apparel.com has no responsibility for a manufacturer's inability to supply merchandise or ship direct from their own warehouse.  While we have attempted to provide a catalog image and show color charts on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown in the printed catalog and on our website.

 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Presentation Products / PPS Apparel.com.  The terms "Presentation Products", "PPS Apparel.com" means Presentation Products & Solutions, it's predecessor companies, and its operating subsidiaries that exist now or may exist in the future.

 

Presentation Products / PPS Apparel.com reserves the right to change any of the policies and procedures at any time without notice.  All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from Presentation Products / PPS Apparel.com shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

DECORATION OPTIONS
Most of the items listed may be custom imprinted by the embroidery or silkscreen process.  Please allow approx. ten working days after artwork approval for production. Rush orders are sometimes available but at additional cost.  We will provide a quotation based upon receipt of clean black and white artwork or layout. Digital artwork files in PC format are also acceptable. Please call for details and graphic programs supported. Custom artwork / layout design services are also available - please inquire. Please submit a fax of your artwork for quotation.

Silkscreen Decoration -  is also available and recommended for imprints over 16 square inches in size. Please refer to our Apparel Decorating Section for quantity pricing.

Custom Embroidery -  for company/employee names, logos, etc. is available. Up to 9 separate thread colors at no additional charge may be selected for each design.  Embroidery for names or monograms is priced at $4.00 per line.  Embroidery pricing for logos is based upon the total number of stitches required.  Please FAX a copy of your design showing overall dimensions and number of colors, or e-mail a .jpg image to gopps@comcast.net .  We will provide you with a formal quotation based upon the estimated size, location and stitch count.
