UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - MERCHANDISE QUALITY

All merchandise is new - "factory-first".  We never offer altered, refurbished, factory "seconds" or "cut tag" apparel on any item we sell - EVER!.

 

All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc.,

must be reported to us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery of your order.  Claims will not be accepted after this time.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and count all goods received before washing or imprinting

to ensure that the correct merchandise and quantity was received as ordered and in good condition.

Without exception, PPS APPAREL, LLC will not assume responsibility after garments have been washed, imprinted, embroidered or embellished in any fashion.  Due to public health issues, "personal" garments or caps may not be returned.

SALES TAX

PPS APPAREL, LLC does not charge or collect applicable State, County or Local Sales Tax on Blank / Plain apparel purchases.  It is the customer's responsibility to remit/report any required Sales or "Use" taxes directly to their own respective state/local tax authorities.

 

BACK ORDER POLICY

Due to our large volume of orders, Out of Stock items are not available on backorder.  We will attempt to notify you for further instructions if any item you ordered is out of stock. All orders are shipped complete and your credit card will only be charged when your order is actually shipped.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are shipped via ground transportation from the nearest stocking warehouse unless otherwise requested. Orders for non-printed items received from our website by 4:00 P.M. Eastern time are usually shipped the same day. Shipping charges (shown below) will be added to the final invoice.  We do not add "handling" or "order processing" fees. Please note - we make every attempt to ship your order from the nearest warehouse location. Occasionally, your order may ship from multiple warehouse locations.  We do not apply additional charges for multiple location shipping.

 

SHIPPING DEADLINE:
Orders received prior to 4 pm Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day. Placing an order prior to 4 pm Eastern Time does not guarantee we will receive it instantly. Due to ISPs and e-mail, if your order has special importance, you may want to call customer service immediately after placing your order online to discuss your shipping options. Orders received by us on-line, after 4 pm Eastern Time, may process and ship the next business day.

 

The carrier will be UPS GroundSaver or FedEx Ground.  Your shipping address must be a physical street address.  P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses are not currently accepted for shipment.  If Next-Day or Second-Day Air service is required, please provide your shipper account number in the customer remarks section of your web order.  We make every attempt to notify you of your shipping status via tracking number e-mailed to you.  In the event your item is shipped direct from the manufacturers' warehouse, this service may be delayed or not available at all.

 

PPS APPAREL, LLC (PPS APPAREL.com) cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave the warehouse.  Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage and/or shortage.  We will provide you assistance in processing your claim.  The majority of our items are shipped same day if your order is received by 4:00 P.M. Eastern time.  We make every effort to achieve this goal but do not guarantee same-day shipping.  On occasion, items must be shipped direct from the manufacturer for which we have no control over ship times.

 

If you have a concealed shortage or damage you must notify the respective carrier (UPS or FedEx) to inspect within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.

All prices are based on U.S. Dollars (USD).  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices stated in the catalog or on our website are for non-printed items only


ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders, once entered into our system, cannot be changed. Similarly, we cannot add to orders already entered; a new order will need to be placed. Cancelled orders for blank apparel that have shipped, will incur a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping and return shipping charges. All requests for order cancellations must be received via e-mail request within 4 hours after placement and e-mailed to GOPPS@COMCAST.NET .

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Alteration (printing, dyeing, embroidering, etc unless supplied by PPS APPAREL, LLC / PPS Apparel.com), or use by you will constitute acceptance by you of the order and condition of the goods. Returns of washed, decorated, or otherwise altered items cannot be accepted for any reason.
The customer is responsible for inspecting items before delivering to their printer. Items approved for return must be shipped postage pre-paid to PPS APPAREL and include a Return Authorization number (RA#), which we will provide to you by e-mail address provided on your order. An RA# is good for 12 days only and must be requested by the customer within 48 hours of delivery of merchandise.  Stock garments (except headwear and under garments due to health reasons) are returnable if e-mail notification has been received by us within 48 hours of delivery of merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 12 days of issued Return Authorization that will be e-mailed to the address provided on your order. Returns received by us after 15 days are not eligible for credit and will be returned to you.  All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to up to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to shipping charges.  Applicable credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods with Return Authorization number in the returns warehouse address which we will provide.

 

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and return the unwanted items separately
via UPS or USPS shipping noting a provided RA# on the outside of the package.

No restock fee for equal or greater value exchanges.  PPS APPAREL pays for the shipping charges on the item(s) shipped to you on an exchange.

• Place a new order for the items you want. Please try to use the same credit card billing name.
• Keep the new order number handy.
• Have your old order number ready.
• Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute, e-mail us at GOPPS@COMCAST.NET .
An RA# is good for 12 days only and must be requested by the customer within 48 hours of of delivery of their merchandise.
• If shipment or order error was caused by PPS APPAREL, we will mail or e-mail you a no-charge return UPS or FedExCall Tag to be placed on the outside of the carton.  Please write the Return Authorization number provided to you by e-mail on the outside of the carton, then drop the box off at any UPS location or call UPS for a no-charge pickup.

Please Note:
• Exchanges/Returns must be requested via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
• The original order's Shipping fees are not refunded.
• Standard shipping rates will be applied to the new order/exchange and billed to your credit card number provided on the original order.
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA) number provided and written on the outside of the return package.
• Items that have been altered, screened, embroidered or washed may not be exchanged for any reason.  The customer is responsible for inspecting items before delivering to their printer. If your items are drop shipped directly to your printer, all of the above requirements and time lines are still in effect.
• Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 10-15 business days to have your refund issued.
• If a provided return shipping label is not used for any reason, PPS APPAREL will not compensate for alternative return shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, items (except headwear and under garments for health reasons) must be received by
PPS APPAREL within 12 days of receipt of your merchandise. A 20% restocking charge will be applied only to orders where an exchange is not requested - i.e., flat return with no reorder.

 

Please Note:
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA). (We cannot guarantee that return items received without an RA#
 will receive a credit).  An RA# is good for 15 days only and must be requested by the customer within 7 days of having received their merchandise.
• Items that have been altered, printed, worn or washed cannot be returned.
• Customers pay for the shipping to return the merchandise.
• Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
• There is a restocking fee of 20% of the product total per RA#. No credit is provided for either shipping the original order to you or the charge to return to us.

 

MAJOR DEFECTS
All products are "First Quality ONLY" (never "seconds" or "cut-tags") and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact PPS APPAREL within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email gopps@comcast.net your order number and describe the problem so we may resolve the issue quickly.

 

WEBSITE / CATALOG FABRIC COLORS

We have made every effort to insure that pictured fabric colors on our website are as close as possible

to the actual fabric color.  Due to different monitor and color printer calibrations and settings, we cannot

guarantee that the merchandise received will match your computer monitor exactly.  If color matching

is a strict requirement, we recommend that a sample item be requested.

 

GARMENT-DYED & TIE-DYED APPAREL

Due to manufacturers dyeing processes, slight shade variations may occur between garments ordered.

Garment-dyed goods should be washed separately in cold water - no bleach before wearing.  Do not

dry clean. Tie-Dyed garments are individually unique.  There will be slight design and color differences between items ordered.

 

DUTIES & LICENSES

All duties and licenses incurred while shopping at PPS APPAREL.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. PPS APPAREL LLC cannot be held responsible (nor vouch) for any orders with pending taxes, duties or licenses.  We do not collect state sales or "use" tax.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to report/submit applicable taxes to their local or state tax authority.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Net 15-Day Terms are available to public schools, colleges and universities upon pre-approval and receipt of the signed purchase order via fax to 304-296-3323, or by mail.

PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.COM GIVES NO WARRANTY FOR THE MERCHANDISE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESCRIPTION, OR QUALITY.  IN NO EVENT SHALL PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY ORDER WITH PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.COM.

 

Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice.  All information provided by the suppliers to PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.com is deemed reliable, but without any warranty by us.  PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.com has no responsibility for a manufacturer's inability to supply merchandise or ship direct from their own warehouse.  While we have attempted to provide a catalog image and show color charts on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown in the printed catalog and on our website.

 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.com.  The terms "PPS APPAREL.com" means PPS APPAREL LLC, it's predecessor companies, and its operating subsidiaries that exist now or may exist in the future.

 

PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.com reserves the right to change any of the policies and procedures at any time without notice.  All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from PPS APPAREL LLC / PPS APPAREL.com shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the state of West Virginia.  Your use or order from this website acknowledges your acceptance of the above policies or procedures.
