Send your art file or layout via e-mail, fax or mail.  If you cannot provide clean black and white camera-ready artwork at the imprint size you require - no problem!  Simply send your letterhead, business card or other item to us specifying the imprint size or dimensions you require.  We will provide you with a fax proof for your approval up-front before production begins

The average left chest embroidered logo in up to nine colors is approximately 2" x 3" in overall size with less than 7000 stitches.  We can provide embroidery design for larger areas, i.e. jacket backs, up to a 5" x 9" area. Call for quote.  There are NO MINIMUM QUANTITY requirements for custom embroidery services on apparel.  A no-charge sew-out sample for items which require us to "digitize" your logo or design will be mailed to you for approval before production begins.

Tape Charge: (one-time logo digitizing art charge)   1-7,000 stitches $45    7,001-15,000 stitches $60     15,001+ stitches usually around $120

**NOTE:  Due to variations in apparel fabric and weave, lettering must be 1/4" or greater in height.  All lines must be a minimum of 1/16" in thickness.

GUIDELINES

Ink Color Conversion Chart  (while PMS and RGB color matches are not exact, we will attempt to custom mix and match as close as possible).

Most of the items listed in the apparel index section can be custom screen printed. We can screen up to six separate colors of your choice.  MINIMUM QUANTITY is 6 items.  Screen printing is available up to a 12"w x 18"h area.

"Flash" Charge: $0.50 per item for each color/location, ONLY when printing light ink colors on dark apparel (i.e. White, Yellow, Gold, Pink ink on Black/Red/Navy Blue etc. shirts).  A good rule of thumb is when the ink color is lighter than the item being screened, a "flash" may be required.  We will advise upon receipt of your order and artwork.

Screen Production Time:  10 working days after receipt of order and art approval.  RUSH PRODUCTION (less than two weeks) when available, add $20.00

Screen Printing Information:

     - Minimum quantity is 6 items per design

     - Set-Up / Screen Charge: $15.00 per color, per side. (no set-up/screen charges on exact re-run of artwork up to 3 years from original date)

     - Normal Production time is 7-10 working days after art/layout approval.  RUSH production (less than 10 days - when available) add $20.00

     - Art files must be in vector format with fonts outlined and saved in .ai, .eps, .pdf or .psd format.  Photoshop (.psd) files must be saved at 300 dpi (or   greater) with layers not flattened.  For single-color imprints, a .jpg, .tif or .wmf file may be acceptable.  Half-tones (shades) generally do not reproduce well.  It is always advisable to stay with solid colors whenever possible.  Please e-mail art files to GOPPS@COMCAST.NET .

     - A no-charge .pdf proof will be e-mailed to you for approval before production begins.

     - "Flash" printing is usually required for printing light ink on dark items.  We will advise you of specific requirements before your order is placed.

     - CALL for quantities over 401, as well as 3-color and 4-color process (photo quality) printing charges.

      * An excellent source of of clipart files can be found at a minimal charge at http://www.clipart.com .  Download the file and e-mail to us at GOPPS@COMCAST.NET with instructions for additional text placement.

** IMPORTANT NOTE:  Due to the custom nature of screened apparel using both automated and manual screen presses, it is possible that your order may be shipped short. When per-size quantity is critical, we recommend ordering one item additional for each size/color.  Defects or rejects and shortages are very rare but do occur - especially if multiple color imprints are required.  Due to turnaround and production schedules, we are unable to re-print single items.  We bill only for the items actually shipped.  We are not responsible in replacement for defects/rejects in customer-supplied apparel items.
